vosko: i dont think it matters if youre using the fd ignitor or not.

Yah Mon.



They swelled and split. One has a 2 " long crack open 1/8 " on the back.



The other has a much smaller crack on the back with the swelling, plus a crack in the epoxy on the front.

well i put my spare FD coils and it didn't want to idle so i had to raise the idle up. it was idling at 400 RPM with about 11.5 AFR..... raised it up to 1k rpm and it was happy again. i don't know if that is good or bad. also i took it for a quick ride @ 10psi. wastegate opened up at 2500 rpm.... it was very weird. i will take it out for a spin after work and see if acceleration is improved. i think my plugs might be fouled also

That's some ghettorific work with the electrical tape there!! I think I see smoke coming off the roll



What are you using for ignition and ECU to run 4 seperate coils?

he is running 3 msd 6a's and haltech e6k... just like ME!

So you run one of the 6A's in parallel to 2 coils?

the first gen guys do this too, so they have 1 coil for each leading. i question the stock ignitors ability to fire 2 coils from on channel without some sort of box though
