yeah i have driven one (G35) and it is extremely nice, however its not in the price range you suggested. I would definitely buy an fd....but as stated before be prepared to spend time and money on her, but it will all pay-off in the long run!

do you have 16k in cash?..or are you going to be paying monthly, if you got 16k in cash, put a downpayment on a evo, sti, rx8, svt cobra all of those except the rx8 are faster than a fd stock plus you get a warranty

Infiniti G35 isn't that the USDM skyline, omg thats so homo! But evo's faster then a FD? Stock evo's can't even beat a stock srt-4, believe me I seen it before and you can check they run about the same. I owned a srt when I only had a apexi catback system.

SRT-4's are wack. They look and sound ugly. Evo's are wack also. They are nice, but I just don't like them. They are too riced out. I want a car that looks nice stock. That's why I want the 7. Looks nice and they're rare. I have 16,000 cash. 7 is the only thing in my mind now.

A bit of a left-field option: you could also get a Lotus Esprit. Should probably expect to spend 20-25k though.

Bear in mind what it's going to cost to run these cars, $16k might get you an rx-7, but if it's anything like the Lotus mentioned above it may end up costing that much again just to keep it running.

I bought my FC3S Rx7 Turbo II for $3800 wth only 59000 original miles on it.

Do you have any idea what the remaining $12,200 of your proposed budget would do to my car?

Two words: Supercar Territory(....or is that three?)
