New Skyline

No worries. I usually get some 'interesting" comments when I show that pic. It could seat 7. 2 in the front, 3 in the rear, and 2 in the trunk. Lots of space for everybody. Lots of space to get my mojo going on too. Ahhh, that was one sweet car.

GTR'S are the only skylines that count! The rest are slow pieces of junk (Rb20 RB25) But dump asses will still spend way to much for them, just to say they have/had a skyline. GAY! The new one is ugly and looks even heavier!

Hey dude, that hurts. I had a non-GTR Skyline. In all fairness I got mine before I even know anything about Skyline and if anybody on base was buying Skylines they were the R31's. I didn't know there was a budding import scene in America and the internet was just getting popular. This was about eight or nine years ago and my AE82 FX-16 wasn't cutting it anymore.
I know what you mean though. Too many noobs get them now that the R32's have dropped in price enough for them to be affordable to the average low ranking serviceman. I guess these days even the R33 GTS-t's are pretty affordable. I knew this one bonehead that thought his R32 Skyline GXi was badass. But once the average GTS-t got around or below $3k everybody got them. I bought my R30 in '95 or so. There was this one jerk that just bought a Z32 Fairlady Z and thought that twin turbo turd was faster than my POS R30. After being spanked from a roll at 50km/h and from a stop a few times he lost his cockiness towards my rust buck. But stock for stock, you bet. But mine had a little bit more power (L20ET + big turbo + full boost by 3k = pretty fast for a POS car) and a whole lot less weight (1260kg from the factory) by the time I got it.
