yo wahts up my bros gonna get a regular lancer. 2003 , around 16k, for about $7k, so i was wondering are tehre any upgrades to that car to get it on a EVO type sub level?

If they're the same as our Lancers then they're very reliable cars - but so are all cars nowadays - I'd imagine you can do better with that kind of money.
