Honda recommends changing the oil every 7500 miles for a 2000 Civic...that's pretty high for factory specs.
Mazda says to change the oil in a RX-7 every 7,500 miles as well, and to change the filter every 15,000 miles for a N/A, but for a TII its every 5000 miles.
