Im curious too. They come with the bulletproof 3SGTE engine that comes with decent power stock I guess. Lately Ive been looking at the Galant VR-4 and Mazda 323 GT-X too.

yea I just want something AWD, and cheap for winter time, the VR-4 is very nice but rather expensive for a daily driver kind of car. AWD turbo would be great also .. as long as its not carb'd lol

anything 80s awd turbo is going to have potential trans issues. I'd prob get a dsm instead just because the parts are easier to find than a rare awd celica. FYI there is only one body style of altrac in the states, the older one with the flip up lights. I dunno how many would agree with me but no 80s "pocket rocket" type car makes a good daily driver unless its been thoroughly sorted

people want too much monye for DSMs for some reason. Plus their prob just as bad as a celica all trac for reliablilty , DSMs are junk lol

Actually, there is one more you forgot. The Celica GT-4, which is the next generation after my Celica, and is the same as the alltrac. And yes, by the way, this is my Celica and is only my winter/side car.

Once I develop that cheapo disposable camera I have, I will have more pics of it. That pic was taken just after we did the Viper red paintjob back in August when my friend still owned it.

If you can find a Galant GSX they are pretty nice. A friend of mine had one a couple years ago. It had the drive train of an eclipse gsx minus the turbo.
