no one sees 20 mpg, he is seeing 14 if he is lucky, supposidly you

have to really break them in to see anything more then 20mpg

the good part is it gets the same fuel economy if its loaded

down towing or if its compleatly empty

A salesman told me he picked up an F-350 dually from another dealer and drove it 500kms making 20mpg.



Obviously brand new, one of the newer 6.0L diesels. I was impressed.

you can program a diesel with a hypertech type thing for better milage though

Dave,



You are making a big mistake not getting the Diesel. Diesel is the only way to go in something like that. It has better fuel mileage, and a **** ton more power/torque. If you can find one I think the '03 had the new 6.0l powerstroke in it. Thats definately the way to go.
