when you're driving at 50mph, and you feel a large CLUNK, and all of the sudden out of the corner of your eye in the next lane over, you see a base model FC rim and tire much like your own, rollin down the road.
p.s. FCs handle just as good as a tripod.
tripod FCs FTW!

I lost a front wheel on my Jeep a while ago. I was doing around 40mph when the drivers side came off and I ended up skidding to a stop on the rotor. It was kind of funny because when my tire came off it kept rolling pretty good and crossed in front of me, so for several seconds I was actually chasing my tire.

the real question of sanity here is : Did you try to keep chasing the tire?? hahaha
