Suggestions for aftermarket air intake?
#1
I've got a 91 FC, non turbo
just trying to get some ideas of whats good in the way of air intakes, where to buy them and whatnot.
what i have to do as far as install of the new parts, removal of the old.
anyone that might possbily help when the time comes? I'd compensate you in some way, money or lunch... something.
but i won't be doing this for a while yet.
first comes all radiator and heater hoses, now while I can take hoses off and put the replacements on.... I could use help getting all the air out of the system afterwards. I'm a noob
I live in the Seattle/Shoreline area, anyone nearby with experiance that would be willing to do this most likely on a weekend day, early enough so that you have the rest of the day to yourself. once again I'll compensate for the help.
or maybe I'll just by all the hoses, goto a shop and have them install, flush and refill the fluids.
I also need to change out the rear seal on the tranny, but I'll need ramps, jackstands or a lift to get under there. not to mention tools... which I had a nice socket set, but my drug addict brother pawned them while I was away from the house. don't ya just love family?
