I'm sure they are. I even hear they follow people on Sunday drives into parking lots.

I have yet to see them pull anyone over or take anyone to jail without a good reason. But like i said, we dont race with those guys, they are all stupid. We do occasionally get busted up by the cops, but they usually just shine there lights all bright and try to scare everyone away. They rarely give tickets and take people to jail. And if you are the unlucky guy to goto jail, everyone usually chips in to bail you out.

 

My friend was in kent all last summer... he was always calling me telling me he heard chains of fart cannons at like 2am hehe



he must have been hearing the "street racers"
