I am with Hornbm, if you are going to burn oil, why not use oil that is meant to be burned?

I can attest that straight motor oil, the 10w 30 kind burns very well, but only when you put a 2,000 degree torch to it.

I found some Mobil 1 two stroke oil at schucks, so that is what I am premixing now.

i bet a 1,000 degree torch will burn it just as well........

or maybe the normal operating temp of fuel and air being combusted might also. the omp is designed to operate well below 7,000 rpm's. you can tweek the rod to let it open more, but for most it's not necessary. and most people do not rev there car past that point except on occations, me myself have NEVER reved my car past 6,000 rpm's.

Ah, you have explained the meaning of life!

On a lighter note. Have you ever taken apart a piston motor that was burning oil? Not a pretty sight. Im not saying that gasoline doesnt leave carbon behind, because it does, but 4 stroke oil sure leaves behind a whole lot more.
