i took my intake off and found that the two o rings where all messed up so i replaced them and put it back together, but now the starter wont start at all and i have rapped on it alittle so not to brake the magnets in it. but what do i do now?????????

i went through 2 starters in my FB before realizing that bad grounds are 99.9% of the problems in all rx7s.

yes it does click when i turn the key but only once, it does that every time i try and turn the key, it clicks only once and i have tried to hit it but not top hard like i did my starter on my old 88. because when i did that one i actually broke the magnets on that one but then i got a new starter for it. the engine does still spin by hand. hey if i can get it down to ur dads house when he has the room will u help me with it? yeah i could prolly help u, its pretty crouded at my dads still tho , ive been working on spring cleaning latly, tring to get rid of all the junk cars and what not and make room...
still posta have that engine tear down day, eventually.....
if it just clicks it might have a bad connection,

well someone was right it had something to with the wires on the starter because i took the starter out and cleaned all the wires on it then put it back in and it turned over. but it still wont idol by itself and the water is still going into the engine because it blows alot of white smoke at first when it does start up and the radiator is loosing water somehow. so i guess that the seals in it r shot right? oh well just have to wait until i have the $400.00 to rebuild it myself with the help of some friends in the club. they know who they r. thanks everyone.

i am wanting to get ready to tear that sucka apart. do u know when ur dad is going to be ready to let me bring it down there and start tearing apart? let me know as soon as u can.
