The w/g holes on my new turbo were ported. All the way to the edge of the flapper door. I STILL GET BOOST CREEP!!! Bahhhh! 
If you like 13.2, then you need to get youself a BNR Supercar turbo. Just yourself a turbo/manifold ahead of time for Bryan to work on it. I only have the Stage 2 package. A Stage 4 will get you into the 11's. It's been done before.
