still some great customer service goin on . talked to Kathy today to find out about getting the judgment money. i was hopeing they would have just stuck it in the mail last week and got it over with. but i was told i had to wait till Dave got back on the 15th. that will be 27 days from the judgement. was hopeing to be able to say something good about prompt service. guess i don't get to.

I wonder if they would charge interest on money owed to them. Does the judgement allow you to apply interest?

Did she say they will pay the judgment money as soon as Dave gets back?

If you don't get your money as soon as he gets back, I would take the judgment papers to Nasty Collection Agency and let them handle it. Also, the collection agency will have further ideas for you that I'd rather not go into here.. some things are more fun when they come as a surprise.

Been there, done that..

just take it to the judge now and he will force them to pay now or go to court again for even more money then
