I broke down and visited the "club" looks like some of the local members are planning a camping trip. My suggestion was to have a 3 day weekend (May 16th/17th/18th) over in Chealan, camping at the state park. Then we'd have a full day to go drive, and break our cars. Well, here is a link, tell me what you think (Hey, I made a rhyme ).

Turbo II - Well, it wasn't always that way. We just try to do a lot of things together. Drives, car events, BBQ's, etc. When I first got my 7 it seemed like there wasn't anybody around with 7's. Even when I first got on the "other" forum over two years ago, there wasn't much going on like it happens these days. We just started having get togethers and then started coming up with more stuff to do.

Case and point, this Apple Blossom Festival in Wenatchee, WA get together in the beginning of May. We did it last year and it was a hit. It started out a somebody suggesting a drive, then it turned into an event. One person took the reins and pulled it all together. This year is going to be huge. CLICK ME was put together by the same person as last year. It all started with a suggestion for group drive.

So, if you want to have big ol' get togethers then just come up with something for everybody to do. Come up with a drive. Make out a map and scout it out before telling the world. Take care of the work ahead of time and make it as easy as just showing up for everybody else. Do this, and people will show up. Announcing stuff like this on the "other" forum helps. There's more traffic over there after all.

TurboII: Buy another TII, and move up here. We'll be nice and let you hang out with us.

We just need to get all of the NW members over here on this forum, then I won't ever have to go over to that other place.
