i dont know how they are in buisness, but Im sure it wont be for long, bad customer service, and **** poor quality eventually killed hayes, as it will kill atkins. In the end we will still be the ones standing; the fall of atkins is inevitable.
Bad expierence spreads like wildfire, and you for DAMN SURE, dont bite the hand that feeds you. Atkins, you must realize, that without your customers, YOU ARE NOTHING, and will seize to exist. Your buisness days are numbered.

I have nothing nice to say at all.. so i guess i wont say much Besides that a warrenty is so if somthing fails that they have monies set aside to fix it... But looks like they are just Pocketing the money and denieing refunds. I say REport them to BBB Because they can see how many times they have fixed somthing they have done wrong.. My guess is GREED
This thing reminds me of a time I bought a long block from bonded motors. I was mostly interested in this motor since it had a 7/70,000 warrenty. Besides that It was recomended by a friend who works at Action Auto. It was kinda sad. Action sold the motor for cost . Well the end of the story is I had a serious problem so,(heat tabs melted a month later) Bonded motors issued me a claim number . They refused to back up there awsome warrenty. I broke the motor down as as instructed and delivered the head to an olympia shop(Massoth) who told me the head had been repaired in 3 out of four cylynders-junk head. It should not have been used as a core. Water slowly leaked out the Head in cracks from the repair. In the end Action auto stopped selling motors from bonded.
Kettlman I understand exactly what you went through and how you feel. For the most part in the future I buy new motors when possible. warrentys mean nothing if they dont hone up and keep saying "the world dropped" or "what if" and "it never". They sell and they refuse all from one voice. Its like being the judge prosecuter defending lawyer and the guletin man. I am still pissed about that deal. I even talked to the president of bonded motors
