Here is our broken coolant seal. Hard to believe that this little **** caused all this..
Well I've got that 'fluff' at idle in the 20B now, which means an even smaller piece of **** side seal is broken.....

I took the parts by PFS today. Peter and Ray looked them over and gave me the thumbs up. THe parts are all in good shape and are ready for the porting. I am gonna get them ready inthe next week to go back together. Next pics will be of the porting.

Well the engine only has 60k on it so everything is still kind new, but yes I was happy to see I didn't have to spend any more money than expected.

I bought some rotary cutting nits today from Ace hardware. They were not carbide tipped so I went through 3 just getting one exhaust port opened up. It looks good so far though. The exhaust porting is the easy part ofcoarse, but hey I was anxious to do something. I got some video. Nohing major. I'll post it by the morning. I gotta get some better bits. Anyone know of something local to DC that sells the carbide bits? I am gonna order them from sears.com per advice from Wargasm just incase.

Sorry I got screwed by Circuit city and they didn't give me the drivers for my camera to load to my computer. I'll get some stuff up Friday. I also borrowed Ryans digi camera so I 'll finally get some good pics.

You can see the stock on the left and my port job on the right. It's still not done though. I need better bits.
