Mcgreevey signed new law...

for sleep deprived motorists involved in a fatal crash to be prosecuted for homicide....

and how is it determined weather or not you're sleep deprived? i doubt more then 50% of the country gets the recommended "8 hours" of sleep. and how is the gov't going to determine what the appropriate amount of sleep is for each person?

enacted due to a 20 year old gettin killed..

by an individual who hadnt slept for 30 hours...

btw i have gone longer than 30hr with no sleep more than once.

Yeah it's great and all to make more stupid laws.. but how are they going to prove any of this?
