Well, I went without it for almost a year and never got any crap from the cops. I got pulled over once and when the cop came up he said, nice car, is it a nissan? (no badges on the back)



He didnt give me a ticket thank god...



FEED sells a license plate holder for cheep that fits into that slot in the bumper...If it becomes a problem i will track one down

 

I am just busting your *****. I think it looks better without one too but I want to draw as little attention as possible.



Anyone headin to 75-80 this weekend? I may head up and watch.

I ran without a plate for a month. Parked in Arlington Virginia public parking lot & the meter maid gave me a ticket! She carried a little book around showing what states require two plates. So I put it back on.



I got a real ticket a month later and I asked the cop about going without it & there ain't no way you are NOT gonna get a ticket driving in Maryland without the front plate.



I wish they were nice and thin like European plates. Car looks a whole lot better without them.



I don't know if I can get up there this weekend. I am absolutely going the following weekend though. 26th if they are running at night and/or the 28th if they are open Sundays.

 

True MD cops are tough but good luck.



I am going to start trying to make it every weekend this year since I am not moving and the majority of work on the car is done.
