Damn Ron,
There's no reason for you not to go. I don't see any reason to discuss this **** at the Winter fest. I really think you should be there to enjoy it with the rest of us. I myself don't think the club is anything but derailed. We can put it back on the tracks and continue on. It's been said over and over on all the different forums....we NEED to MOVE ON !!! Still looking forward to the Winter retreat. I had such a great time at the last event Jim had. Jack

I tried doing an event with the MRCCFL after much urging by you guys to cooperate with you. I was promised such a better turnout if it was a "sanctioned" MRCCFL event. Turnout was sparse at best. I had better turnout when it wasnt a MRCCFL event.

After loosing $700 last year then reading the Rotary Flyer and not even getting a nod (go look) after all that time and effort. Thanks!
I decided to go with No Pistons this year and decided to shoot for bigger and better as far as the event goes. Wait until next year. This year is mearly a test.

I can honestly say I wasn't surprized by the MRCCFL turn out. I came to your event, (I believe I paid the full price) and even paid for lunch. I was so glad to see you collect the money up front this time. This is always a good idea with any crowd as if they don't come then it's there loss, not yours. Can't wait to see what you have in store for the future. Maybe something at the Gainesville raceway or some other suedo type track. Where we might stretch the cars out abit. Jack

I can't begin to say how glad I am that Jim has taken the rotary get togethers by the proverbial *****. Keep up the good work man, and hopefully I will be back in FL for the next event.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed, hoping to assign to F-15C's so I can be in Panama City Beach for a year at the RTU. I'll find out end of Feb. Until then you guys have a blast, I'm hoping for good weather for you, and I leave you with what I do in Oklahoma when I'm not flying supersonic jet trainers...

Understandable though, since the lynching committee has had front stage to post the lies and half-truths with no-one to set the record straight for two months, or even aware this was going on. I see this started during the holidays, but I had made a commitment to myself, and the club, to take a break from this BS during the holidays, and I haven’t been too eager to get back into it, that’s why I missed it I guess. For now I will say this...
Jim/Scott - There is nothing "dead" or "no future" about MRCCFL, watch what happens this year MRCCFL has 300 "basic" members and around 50 paying members as "Charters" or "Anuals". True, not all members pay, but all are members just the same. Now take a count on heads in this thread and all the other threads here that blast at me. Look at the names. It’s always the same guys. It’s a tiny group and they DO NOT represent our membership, nor do they speak for the rest of the MRCCFL members. Read the writing in these threads, they themselves say they can’t understand why the rest of the members don’t join them against the evil dictator. These guys are alone. Their campaign is dead. Their efforts have failed and the general membership got tired of hearing them, their crusade lost credibility. These are the same handful of guys that are Ron and Kens buddies who tried to oust me over the money and the accounting issue. The same guys that were involved in handling the monies. The same guys that failed to oust me because the majority of our members didn’t buy their bullshit anymore after I exposed their lies.
Censorship! OH - BOOO - HOOO – HOOOO Our general membership got tired of hearing their crap on our yahoo group and were asking me why I let it go so long... said to put an end to it... I did. I posted warnings and even created another group for them (and anyone else who gave a ****) to go and vent and carry out their drama. Guess what -- nobody followed them there! Once again it was just them, just like it is here - Just them.

Our list is now back to normal and that’s the way people want it. And that’s the way I will keep it. So now the same jackasses have brought their little drama (that nobody but themselves gives a **** about) to the forums to see if they can round up some support for their little campaign, somewhere, anywhere, because MRCCFL members don’t give a rats *** about their sniveling drama. They basically shot themselves in the foot is what it amounts to. I could almost feel sorry for them if I wasn’t so pissed.
As for their story about how they handled the clubs money... its a three foot long loaf of steaming crap. There was NO official decision to divert the funds! There was no vote on it; there was no board meeting; no minutes recorded of such an important decision at some supposed meeting. They did not ask me. The bit about “I wasn’t around” is another load, total BS. And even if it were true I was never farther away than a phone call. If you read carfully enough you will even see the contradictions between their stories. The straw that broke the camels back is when I found that the Slabachs even changed the website info to receive mailed payment too. I found checks made out to MRCCFL were also being deposited into the Slabachs personal account. NOW they wont provide bank statements to substantiate a bunch of numbers crunched into a spreadsheet that they promise is true and accurate, and their buddies say I should take it as gospel as if it were some kind of devine writing from the hand of the almighty himself. Hey, its on the website, see, it must be real. YEAH RIGHT Why not provide the statements? Why not? What’s the big deal? I want them and the members want them. This could all have been put to rest with the production of bank statements, such a simple task. Total refusal to turn the bank statements over to a CPA is what happened, and the result is that now its too late, I have turned it over to authorities and pressed charges for felony fraud. Every check that was deposited constitutes one count of felony fraud, so they say. As for the bank statements, don’t trouble yourself Ken, they’ll get copies via court order directly from the bank.

Nothing has changed except we have about 5 members less than we did, and we have to rebuild the website because Ken canceled the account without transferring it to teach me a lesson. Small setback for us but huge consequences for Ken as he'll learn in time. Im done being a nice guy.

I have in all honesty stopped reading the MRCCFL Yahoo list. It was full of Brian and crew's mud slinging I too, got tired of if it and just stopped going here and there.
I have not been swayed here. I feel its you're club and if you dont like it, lump it. Go start you're own club if you want.
I am not much into car clubs. I prefer to participate in driving events and not watch them or sit around looking at parked cars. If the MRCCFL was more like the Porshe / BMW Club of America I would be a paying member and would be participating.
I believe you as far as what you have said, I am sure you will not be permitted to disclose all you're info if you are in the process of pressing charges on people. I understand that, I am sure others will try to capitalize on this and say you are blowing smoke.

You won't provide the bank statements. They have. You haven't. All you did was show us you have $800 in the account, for over 2 years.....
Another thing, can you please show me a copy of that court order? I highly doubt you did, or Ken and Ron wouldn't have gone to Winter Retreat this weekend. LOL. I highly doubt you offered a court order... Because quite frankly, you said a while ago, you were gonna do it for all 10 of us.
I don't see anything in my mail box, nor my parents have yelled at me and asked me WTF it was.

If it isn't a two person club then what is it? Why was all the officers of the list, when we spoke our opinion? Why was I taken off the list, because I don't own a rx-7? Why am I , and others, still banned from posting? I can't even answer Ken Flint's question to the whole list, without emailing him privately OR another list owner to post it on the list.
Actually, if you noticed, I can go back in emails (tonight - when i get home from class, actually after dinner tonight), and post to you that he OFFERED you a chance.. get this, A CHANCE to transfer the account over. Gave you instructions, that you refused to do. You had the chance, you blew it to start up more ****, and lies about people who kept this club up for 2 years while YOU LEFT.
By the way, the site is still up, and in plain view. Why don't you do what they said, nad transfer it yourself?
