is it normal for a 1998 honda civic ex, manual transmission, to be at 6000rpm at 65mph?

.............................depends on what gear your in, if that's 5th gear at 6krpms doing 65mph, start looking for a better clutch, or take off those 13 inch wire wheels cuz that aint normal. 3400-3600 sounds more about right for that car.
