My car set for about 2 months. I drove it to town on a friday and it ran great. On saturday morning we were going to go to Pigion Forge. That morning i moved the car and let it warm up. It had warmed up for about 10 mins when i looked outside and it looked like it was on fire there was so much smoke. I ran outside and shut it off and checked under the hood. I checked the oil and it was ok. Started it back up and there was no smoke and oil pressure was good. We started down interstate when we got about 150miles pulled into rest area. It was smoking again i checked oil level and it was a little over a quart low. We dicided to turn around and come back home. I filled it back up with oil. To come back home it took over 2 quarts of oil. Oil pressure was holding at aboout 40lbs and it had same amount of power.

If someone can tell me what the problem is i would really appricate it a lot

All replys would be wellcomed

Welcome to the forum.

How many miles on the lump? Sounds like rotor oil control o-ring failure. How else does oil get into the combustion chamber?

The only other thing that comes to mind is the PCV system. If it was pumping oil back into the intake somehow, pressurized? I'm not sure if it would go through that much oil though if it was that.
