Hey everyone.

New guy here. I'm from Waukesha Wisconsin.

I have a Sapphire Blue 86 SE. Very clean exterior and decent interior. I've done the 5 lug conversion to TII hubs and calipers. I'm running an S4 TII diff with DTSS Eliminators. Delrin upper diff mounts. My pinion mount is boxed and solid along with a pinion snubber to all help with wheel hop on launch at the strip

I have Eibach 10/100 springs with KYB Blue shocks. S5 front lower control arms with urethane bushings. Converted from a non powered power steering rack to a manual rack.

I'm a little different from the rest here. Body and frame is still the same but my car has no soul. This is strictly a project car. I'm actually very active on another forum for RX7s called norotors.com.

Please don't hate me. Rotary's are fine it's just I like V8's better.

I joined this club for ideas on handling and body/interior items.

I've always loved the looks of the RX7 ever since my brother had an 86 GXL. I finally had a chance to get one 2 years ago.

I'll post pictures as soon as I get a chance.

Let the flaming begin. LOL

Here's a picture of the car.

I tried editing the original post but it told me I don't have permission to edit.

Hey Guys,

Thanks for the welcome.

Hey Randy,

It's great to know your here. I think you told me about this site but my olds timers kicked in and I forgot. We definitely need to get together and do a cruise.

Providing there's no rain Saturday I'm heading to Manitowoc for a huge car show. Meeting up with 1 or 2 other members from norotors.com with their converts.

I'm leaving early morning around 6:30 am to get there by 8:30 am. Show cars are supposed to be in place by 9:00 am in downtown Two Rivers. (pretty much shutting down the main street)

It'd be great if you and anyone else can make it. Chuck is checking his calendar. He'll bring the white Z28 if he can make it.
