New to this forum.. not new to rotary.. i do have a car start issue th
I have had 3 different rx7's over the years.. so i have a working idea of the rotary..
I find good information on this forum from time to time. So i finally joined.
I have Questions.. My 86 NA will not start. I have tested everything out.. let me make a list of the issue.
**tested**
fuel pressure = good
coils and spark = good
Ignition = tested = good
main fuses = good
15 amp eng fuse = good
mail relay = good
circuit open relay = good
CAS = 160 , 170 ohms = good
Injectors test cleaned = good
Injectors wired to rail tested with small battery = they spray
resistor pack tested = good
injector wires to the ecu tested = they ring out and they get the voltage main relay = resistor pack = injectors = ecu
Here is the issue.. and i have test way more than this out.. but.. the injectors are not spraying.
I am not getting fuel. I get spark but no fuel.
So after testing it seems that the negative grounding the is sent to the ecu from the CAS might not be working right..
But i have spark.. so the CAS is sending the signal..
I can not think of anything that would stop the ECU if not plugged in, or broken wire.. from sending the ground signal to the injectors to spray...
AFM? TPS? Boost sensor..?
Anyone thing the the CAS might still be the issue?
Im up for some help..
Thank you in advance

I am about to see if i can get my CAS in to a car that is working.. That's how i proved my ECU worked..lol.. But i am not sure if the CAS is doing exactly what it should. So its my best guess right now..
I have come to the idea that the CAS supplies the pulse, but maybe not the grounding voltage.. It is a magnet.. So i must have a wire somewhere into the ECU that is the -neg/ground that is intermittent. ... Just shooting in the sky..lol
So if i just knew more about the ECU.. man i think i would be good..lol
