just bought a a turbo'd 13b. standalone, turbo, intercooler piping the whole nine yards. well the guy said it had a blown apex seal. im pretty green to rotarys but not totaly i know how they work and what not just have no idea on how to go about and rebuild one. if someone could help me out with a good rotary shop one the east side of the states preferably near Ohio that would be awsome! but very willing to drive thanks guys.
