Just Got My Rx-7!

Hi everyone,
I've just bought my first Rx-7, she's a beautiful '88 SE with only 37000 miles (I've posted some pics in the "If Your New And You Care To Share" topic
). I'd like some information, since it is my first I really don't know much about maitenence. What kind of oil do you use and recommend? Also, what about gas? Should I be using premium all the time or should I mix it up?
My most important question would have to be ... If anyone here is from Montreal, Qc could you recommend a great mechanic? I really don't know anyone that works on rotaries and have gotten a little paranoid about that. I will be buying myself a Haynes repair manual, and I know my way around piston engines, but just in case I'd like to know a good mechanic that I can trust working on my car.
