Hey whats up everyone, im Dan from Nebraska, ive looked around on this forum the last few years but just never got around to registering or anything so yeah, I have an 86 GXL with a streetport, full racing beat exhaust, tokico blues with eibach springs, RB sway bars, I had it dynoed last year at 165.6 RWHP
I also have an almost completed project, its an 87T2 that i picked up for $1250 about a year ago it was in pretty good shape, totally stock, and now it has Haltech E6X, garret full 60-1, Greddy 3 row FMIC with type h BOV, 50mm external wastegate, 1600cc secondaries, RB turbo back exhaust, RB 6 puck clutch with pressure plate, RB pullies, greddy profec B spec 2 MBC, PLX wideband o2, some defi guages, NOS( not for sure if ill use it or not), S5 body conversion on its way, basically i need to do just alittle more work on it and it should be ready, ive had it fired up and it runs and idles pretty good which i was surprised with just a base map, but now its getting cold here and im losing motivation, but ill definatly have it ready for spring, so yeah thats about it for now.

Yo, so I just registered today. Nice site yall got going on here. Sorry to say... I don't drive and RX-7 not even a mazda... And even worse, I don't have a rotor motor yet... I drive a 81 280ZX. I've put about 80 hours of hard work into it this past month to resurrect it from it's grave. It had been sitting well over 10 years and hadn't run because it was used as a parts car. Luckly I had a 80ZX that was a junker due to corner panel blanket syndrom, yes, the corner panel looked like a scrunched blanket... poor baby... So I take two junkers and make heavenly creater, sort of. With the stock 110 to the wheels she's a little slow. But I don't mind, she's my first real car and I expect to enjoy many years of her company. The odometer only reads 27051 (I've already put 1k on here since I got her running) and it has 6 digits without a 1/4 mile section on the odometer, so it's really that low. She runs a little rough some times, so i'm going to change the plugs and wires soon, it that doesn't work the problem is probly in the fuel lines somewhere, no fun... Anyhoo, the motor will last well through trade school and long enough for me to get on my own feet financially and once I have a garage and a secondary car this ZX is going under the knive. Before this point I plan to have suspention done and as much carbon fiber paneling as I can afford. Once she's garage bound she's gonna get a 13B that I can smog in california... (yes cali smog sucks). She's not going to be a race car, I have other plans for that. All she's gonna be is town car that'll blow the doors off of any stock muscle that comes my way. Low 13's will make me happy, becuase I'm not intersted in straight line numbers. Why else would I want a rotor? Weight. She's gonna corner like few Z ever have the chance to. Lets see a RB26DET powered Z take a hairpin exit at full throttle. It's true, this little ZX will see some trake days, but like I said, this won't be my serious car, just my have fun project car. I'll only be needing about 250hp out of a 13B, wich will be easy. I could just rip one out of an RX7 and bolt on a better single turbo, but I don't like that idea. I want to know what I'm dealing with, wich is why I'm here. I like to learn as much as I can about everything. Everything I do is to that MAX. If you're not going to do it 110% what's the point? So I love learning all I can about things I like. So I plan to read these forums as much as I can in the next years, and maybe participate if you all don't mind so much.
PS If anyone is gonna race out at sears, i mean, infinion race way or out at sac, i'll try to clear some time to make it out there.

Alright, if you're new, and you care to post, I'd sure love to meet some new people. Go ahead and post a little tidbit about yourself! (location, vehicle, etc.)
Here's my car. I paid 20k for it and it's a touring model. I bought it in 2003 with 32,000 miles on it. It is all stock. The clutch and steering are very tight. It hasn't used a bit of oil except for a bare minimum. The tires are still original but showing some wear though. I'm the third owner and I talked with the first and of course the second owner before I bought it. Here's a picture of the car being taken out of its "time chamber" or storage. Also a picture of the original window sticker. Yes, it originally sold for 41k in 1995. I guess it was a leftover from '94.
