Default Hi new guy here

What's up everyone,

Had my 93 FDR1 since 2002. It was my dad's car, I didn't want it he loved it so much but he wouldn't let me spend my money on a BMW and insisted we trade for a couple of days and that turned into forever because I fell in love with the car and also since he passed away a couple of years later.

Had a couple changes done: flywheel, exhaust system, coilovers, intercooler, turbo timer, silicone vac lines. I don't know **** about cars, I can only change the oil, brake pads and I've replaced the plugs myself, that was a serious pain. The engine had been re-built once-my dad caught it on fire somehow-he was a pretty aggressive driver...not sure if that's why it caught fire. Started having some issues I think it was something stupid like perhaps I just needed a new alternator but life took over, a marriage and some kids and the car has sat in my garage half covered for 10 years now.

I had bought a used set of stock wheels a long time ago which are on the car now because I wasn't a big fan of the wheels that my dad had on there (they were chrome-dipped). If anyone is interested in these let me know. They need to be re-done they're a bit chipped up.

I'm in the LA area.
