Default hello from PA! in need of some advice as well (FC)

hey everyone! new to the forum but this is my 2nd Rx7. i just recently picked up a 1991 Rx7 vert. The car has a beautiful body and minimal rust. The main issue with the car is that it seems to be throwing itself in limp mode as soon as its under a load. here is a run down on whats going on:

the car doesnt like to start all the time. it turns right over and eventually fires.

it will free rev in neutral and sound great. once the car goes into car and i begin to actually drive it, around 3800-4500 rpms the check engine light jumps on and it turns into a complete dog. ( i drove it home 2 hours this way)

the check engine light stays on until i shut the car off. When i go to read the engine codes, the light comes on and then goes off and then stays on which im guessing means there is no codes to be read?

Things ive done so far:

correctly set the timing

replaced and cleaned all ground under the hood

replaced battery terminal wires

the tps sensor looks brand new and p/o told me he just replaced it. also tested the voltage with a multimeter and came up 1 volt.

I also noticed the lines coming up from the omp have very little oil in them if any at all. Im wondering if the injectors are maybe clogged? i plan on pulling the intake off tomorrow and cleaning the injectors and checking the actuators for the 5 and 6 port because i dont see the arms moving? am i going in the right direction? any guidance is greatly appreciated. thanks!

I would check your fuel pressure and fuel regulator for starters
