Given Free 89 Vert, Want To Restore Then Sell. . .

ight, I own a 95 3000GT and just got a 89 rx-7 vert with 90k miles on it. It has been sitting for a bit. So I plan on working out the bugs and do some body work and sell the car.
Now what I want to know are a couple of things. First, after getting the car running at its best and restoring it to its org condition how much could i get out of her? Its an auto also. I know not fun!! I should be about to get it back to a 8 out of 10 condition. Maybe higher.
The reason why I want to sell it is b/c I want to get a 3rd gen. It will be my project car/show car hopefully. I do alot of work with fiberglass so I will be designing a body kit for it. Anyways what I have no clue about is how much could I get a rx-7 3rd gen for with a good engine/tranny, but the exterior does not matter(sense I will be customizing it anyways). Price range?
Onemore thing!! ha Should I try to get a turbo or na? Which one is more reliable? If I just went with a NA how hard/much money would it take to get the power for respect on the streets? Can the become fast?
I really like the rx-7 b/c they weigh nothing! Well, not compared to my 3900lb 3000GT.

I would say a decent 3rd gen will run you minimum 13K for a DECENT one... when you said turbo or N/A.. 3rd gens all came standard twin turbo... N/As can become fast.. it just depends on how big you want the ports to be and how much attention to detail you pay... do you have a twin turbo 3000GT or an SL?

Well, I know I want a 3rd gen so I guess it will be a twin turbo sense thats what is standard. The body does not matter to me at all. I really would like to find one that is wrecked so then I can fix it up the way I want it. As long as the engine is in good health and the tranny also. I guess I could always rebuild it if it is not.
I have a 95 base 3000GT 5 speed that comes stock with 224hp. With all my mods I should have around 245hp. That would be the actual hp not just what the mods say it wil give you b/c we all know that is they say it gives you 8hp it prob will give you 2hp or less!! haha
