SVT's have been around for longer then the new 03 model with the supercharger. The old SVT either had a high output 5.0 engine that put about 285horse to the ground or the shitty 4.6 liter that puts around 250 to the ground. So if it was an SVT you might have hung with it.

even with 250 at the ground.... this is an n/a vert.

aka heavy and heavily underpowered.

with a street port, and just put my new driveshaft in that day so no more vibrations = more power actuly getting to the ground then before

plus now that i think about it, it looked more like a GT, like i said, it was dark, and i wasnt really payin attention to the model, i just wrote what my buddy said it was. mistake on my part, oh well

Even a GT would smoke a modded vert...

people who really know what they are doing and do great tunning are lucky to get 200hp from a street driven N/A 13b, your probably around 140-150 HP to the wheels.

whatever, im tired of defending my car, i was there, so was my buddy, and i was catchin up, take it as you want, i personaly dont care, it's pretty surpriseing the lack of entusiasm for a rotary kill (sort of), and yet everyone and there mom's were pattin me on the back when i had the 510 killin people left and right

still dont know why your getting so worked up, no one knows how fast your 510 is/was, but we know how slow verts are.

im not getting worked up, i honestly dont care, it's just surpriseing that no one has any entusiasm for when a rotary start's catchin up and probably would have gotten the kill if i'd actuly have known she was gonna try and race me.. and it's pretty clear when someone is raceing, espicaly when they launch like there at the drag strip and floor it, granted, my 510 was a hell of alot faster then the vert, but for what it is i feel the vert is pretty fast, but wtvr, thats just me

Is a vert lighter than the base hardtops? I'd think it would be. Wouldnt that make it faster, if it is lighter than the hardtop. I dont know, I need some help here??
