I agree with pk.. nothing compares with goin all out on the freeway... reading the traffic and passing one another switchin lanes and hittin 130+ is one of the best rushes u can get ... it beats racing a quarter mile by a long shot

i wouldnt mind going to the track to see how fast my car is but the real fun is in the streets. When your boooking on the highway at 125mph+ feels nice and when u dipp between traffic and the other guys cant even get on you makes you feel like your the shizzzzzzzzle...My boys are these two guys there around there mid 30's
One is a puerto rican guy named KEVIN...
ANd a tall diesel black guy named CHUCK..
ANother one of there boys is this guyanese kid name ROHAN and his brother BOJust wondering if you know them, There from jackson heights and your from HOODSIDE its all good.

Listen guy's I just want to say that why'll it may have been exciting at the time I'm not sugesting anyone go out there half-cocked and driving recklessly. What I did in the past is not what I would do now. It was a good time and I don't take anything back, but let's just say I'm glad that things turned out the way they did and no one got ever got hurt. Part of the fun was having my buddy right there with me and I would have felt bad if anyhting would ever had happened to him, just as I would if anything happened to any of you.
I was just trying to point out is that it's not all about how much money you spend, or how much horepower you have under the hood. It's about training, conditioning and skill. Which is developed over time and should never be rushed nor put to the test outside of the track. Please forgive me if I overstated my position in the process.

Ya RotaryRocket
I don't know your boy's by name (the memory is not what it use to be), but if their from J.Heights and have been into rotaries for awhile than I'm sure we must have bumped head somewhere along the way.
I used to have a shop here in Queens that speacilized in imports (especaily mazda's of course). Maybe they knew of it. I was on the corner of 65th place and the BQE service road here in Woodside.

It must be a New York thing! I lived there all my life, also from Woodside/Jackson Heights area, since about 1 1/2 years ago that I moved to Florida. I miss those late night runs on the 59th street bridge (upper level ) doing about 120 and downshifting coming to the sharp right curve to end up in Manhattan. From there jumping on the FDR north all the way to Uptown.....dipping! Then back down the FDR from the Dykman entrance down the dark and windy road....There is no race track that can fullfill that feeling ( for those who know about the FDR! ). I can even tell you how many kills I had on the FDR ( thanks PK for always lending the & when I had the ich) I've since owned 3 1st gens. I don't see myself srving anything but a 7. Oh yeah and can't forget dipping over the Williamsburg Bridge on the outer lane. Just reminiscing with my boy PK...I've know him for about 7 years
