ok guys... seems to be a lil misunderstanding regarding the MR2's.. correct me if im wrong(not trying to start a fight here).. STOCK MkII N/A MR2's USDM have a 5S-FE(3S-FE is a celica engine which is even more gutless) that puts out 130-135hp/140lb tq in STOCK trim w/ an average curb weight of around 2700lbs...

There is only one guy that i know of that's running a 5S-FTE right now... Ray Meek from Burien Toyota in his MkII... though the car's limit currently is 14psi on a TD06 turbo, and he has the support of TRD NorthWest backing him(since he works for them).

JDM n/a MR2's come with a 3S-GE which puts out close to 200hp/200tq stock..

Turboing a stock 5S-FE N/A MR2 engine usually results in a blown motor

being Mid-Engined.. MR2's can launch pretty hard since a lot of the car's weight is over the drive wheels... more to consider than just hp vs hp... weight distrobution plays a role in the MR2's awesome traction.

Dont get me wrong guys, i've recently fallen in love with the rotory, so im in no way putting a n/a mr2 over a RX-7

what is your point?

lets just say that the JDm and euro mr2 have 200hp n/a.....putting a turbo on that car will not produce 300hp w/o serious work....there is a reason why the car didn't come turbo from the factory

Some people are really 8ters. A kill is a kill. If he had missed, the mr2 might have clipped him. So more power to you bro. having more hp doesn't mean your gonna win anyway.

(WOnder why they cancelled BATMAN anyway)

Happy killing bro, at least YOU can kill someone
