Well after fixing my LIM gasket, I left my friend's house for home. When I got off the highway and stopped at the traffic light I saw a black c5 vette down the road to my right. Since I hadn't had a chance to see what my new motor and turbo could do I decided to chase him down. I got next to him in second at about 40mph(about 4k rpm) and he didn't seem like he wanted to play. Once I thought he didn't want any I shifted to 3rd and then he decided that he wanted to go. I was caught by suprise by this, so I real quick through it back into second and punched it. Initially he had my by about a 1/4 of a car, but by the top of second I reeled him back in. I shifted to third and we stayed even. I was like sweet I'm hanging with a c5 vette. The guy in the other car was going nuts. He kept looking over at my car like he was not expecting it to be there(I thought this was funny). Once I topped out third and shifted to fourth I blew off my turbo side intercooler pipe and it was all over. I guess next time I work on the car I'll check to make sure that pipe is on there tighter. Nice race, but I wish I could have hit fourth to see what would happen. I would have liked to see the look on the guy's face if I had started to pull on him in fourth gear. This isn't really a kill, but is more like an accomplishment for my car and myself. Just thought I'd share.

Ive raced a z06 .. have video somewhere .. anyways, i got a late start (like full second) and we ended with him about 1 1/2 cars ahead. If i got a normal (better) start, i think it would have been alot closer. And I used to pick on the regular c5 vettes around here.

That reminds me of every time I leave my Deli. I got the typical stop light with a merging lane 300 fT after it. I always try to get in the main (left non turning lane)

and then I cross the white line.(Most (cutting)people get in the right turning/merging lane) Now I know if you come up and see me almost in the intersection and STILL take me on..........

So I see this new vette running up the turning lane past all the cars behind me and try to shoot the gap before the lane close out. I just dumped and caught that MF by suprise and at the top of second he **** I met his 60mph in no time and blocked him untill he cried 'Uncle' (I then did the normal step on it burn through to 4th)

While I love my car "As most of you do" and it does low 12 on streets it has never

been cleaned of vacum leaks . exhaust manifold leaks etc...

There this chick who drives the 405Hp vette 6 speed. I told the story a while back

anyway she comes to my store and tells my staff that she blew me away at a light on the main blvd. I didnt do a thing(At the light). So I pull into my place one moring , she buying stuff and said "You talk a lot to my staff and I dont have the girlfriend in the car so let's put up or shutup." Didnt happen but we talked for ten minutes...she said her car does 12:78 1/4.

I said well it'll be close I ve get 12:10. But her husband probably drove it (he has a Buick GN too) Well Ito is setting me up with that massive engine job and my **** is gonn be tight by then. I dont want to beat her now.....I wanna smoke the **** out of this trash talking biotch and put it on video.

then post it . I eat vettes all day and mustangs...
