Will you guys ever grow up?

 

Vtec kicks in @ 5600 RPM fuel cut off is @ 8200RPM...I've seen enough dyno charts to see the peak HP points on these motor's they stop making power around 7800RPM(in stock form) so thats what I set my shift light at ...I had to practice my launch at around 5000RPM that way when I hook I will be in Vtec. So please don't state a opinion that you know nothing about....Thank's

i am pretty shure on the et. but not positive....i talked to the guy but i may have herd him wrong, and up here i should say a high 16 is fast for a honda, any honda.

but i the track is at 3500, and elev. makes a big dif on et's (most of the time)

 

LOL ya I need it man....Im such a newb racer I need it,plus all the cars on F&F had them so I had to get one yo! Now for the real reason I have a tach with shift light......My dash tach only goes up to 7000 cause of the ***** motor that used to sit in the engine bay...Now that I did the swap my new motor goes up to 8200 so I had to get it

I sold the car stereo system,gutted my trunk and all behind the seats in the interior.I think of it as Rice with function Its not like I put that tach and gauges in a car that has a lil 1.5l non Vtec SOHC 93 hp motor! I actually need those gauges the steerin wheel has function too not only did it save weight but its smaller in diameter and better grip for quick manuvering(sp?) for AutoX...

actually if i had to pick a ff honda car (usa honda, separate from acura) i would get the del sol or the eg6 hatchback.....
