twyatt are you running sequential turbos ? if you are you should have PLENTY of low end power..... you might have a turbo control system problem. if you are running non-seq or single turbo all the power will be in the upper rpm range
thats what i was thinking cuz doesn't one of the turbos spool up around 2.5k rpms???

the first turbo can get boost as soon as 1500rpm. they are soo tiny they spool so fast its crazy! before my foot hit the floor even at low rpm i was hitting 15psi

The car is mostly stock, so I have the sequential turbos. I do not feel any real "boost in power until I get to about 3 1/2 to 4 k RPM. Then I feel it kick in.

Maybe check some of your vaccum lines on your turbo's

possibly you are losing boost untill 3500 because of a vaccum

leak.

Also get a boost gauge. It will tell you what you turbos are doing.

another turbo concern.....check all the lines and pipes. I know if you get massive lag its control issue and a common selenoid that goes bad is the one right where the acv is(think its turbo control not sure of the name just the location).

boost gauge also helps!!!!
