Thanks! I just talked to the guy that works next door who owns a mustang and knows a lot of mustang owners in town. He thinks he knows who the guy with the 5.0 was. He supposedly runs high 13's.

I will know if this was the guy tomarrow.



I am pretty sure I am running low 12's so that sould be right about 20 cars at the end of a 1/4. Figuring 1.5 seconds between us. I beat a S2000 at the track by 1.5 seconds and he was 330' behind me.





Streetrally- It is faster in the turns - I built it to Autocross. Its just a perk that it can go fast in a straight line too.

It's a fully stripped dedicated drag car running 18 inch slicks with a 500+ something cubic inch racing engine custom built.

Jim nice car all around. I own a 90 TII that also happens to be black. I thought the 13b rew would put down some higher hp #'s with the T04E than 320rwhp. Do you need more fuel or tuning? Don't get me wrong I'm not complaining. I really respect what you've done. Maybe I was thinking about 13b rew's with port jobs and the T04E.

 

7Mech - Very conservative tune. Extra rich fuel and conservative timing. I am running 1 bar I suppose if I turned it up I could get more RWHP. I like the fact that this car will probably be problem free for a long time.



I hope to get back on the dyno and set for higher boost one day just not in a hurry. After someone beats me I will most likely tune higher.

 

that is an awesome setup. That is a good way to think keep it tuned low and safe till some one beats you then go higher LOL
