Yeah that flame was cool.

Dude c'mon FD's are 255hp to the fly-wheel stock @ like 2,700lbs...

I wouldn't be surprised if some Autozone-tuned Mustang beat it...

At least in my car, it'd take a Pep Boys 5.0 to beat me! Hah!

....tch...they wish

The day I lose to some Flowmaster'd Mustang ANYTHING, is the day I sell my car. '03 Cobra's can suck it too! BUWAAAAA

ROTARY POWAAAAAAAAA

The only factory yellow "special model" RX7 was the 1993 R1. Not only is the R1 exactly the same speed as a regular one except an extra oil cooler for reliability and stiffer suspension for a shittier launch, but the shade of yellow on that 3rd gen was too dark from what I saw. The RX7 was obviously bone stock from the sound, muffler and performance. There are a number of reasons they can run 15s like a Mustang such as clogged cat. converter (there are three of them) or loose vacuum line (no boost). There is your exuse #5 & #6. Stock, 1993+ RX7s have 255 hp 217 torque and go 0-60 mph in 4.9 seconds, finishing the 1/4 mile in 13.5 @ 100. It would take a 2900 lb 1993 LX mustang 5 speed 5.0 with gears, headers, pulleys, cold air intake, clutch and drag radials to do that. Those same bolt-ons on a twin turbo 93 RX7 would result in mid to low 12s. Although the RX7 owner was a poor driver and a sore loser I can totally understand his suprise and why the mustang owner is acting like this is his greatest achievement ever. A mustang is like a period........ every p@#sy's got one.

big deal the guy with the mustang beat an over confident RX-7 owner...well that just means that the 7 guy needs to spend time and money on his car to make it faster, and less time making excueses...it was sporting that the mustang driver removed his bott. before the race and let him search his car.

i've seen catback cars do that, all it means is that it's running rich, so its performing a little short of its potential actually.

avg popular specs are nice but mean nothing, THIS 7 driver is not gonna get 13.5 i guarantee you of that.

people forget it's people racing in cars, not just cars.

He lost to a catback mustang, and made ricer excuses. he "should've" is true, but just like those flukes where bad viper drivers lose out to the proverbial import car in some overhyped video used to boost self-confidence and in inane internet arguments; he and his expensive car got owned.

Leetheslacker that sig is the sheeiznizzolinni
