N/A vs. Z3
#1
I was driving with a friend in the car going to get some tickets on a two lane highway. Im just cruising at like 10 over (55) and this Z3 is by me. I look at the car and at him and he seemed like he would be one to go so i was going to leave it up to him since i was going to assume he would win but i would have fun anyway. Suddenly, he starts to get on it next to me but there is traffic ahead of me so i cut over behind him and drop down a gear. I keep up with him but once we hit about 100 i start gaining on him (from behind because there are cars in the right lane). He suddenly quits once i hit about 120 and getting pretty close. I actually had to cut back a little so i was not so close on his bumber. He quits and slams on his brakes to stop fast, i go for a second more and do the same. Not exactly i head on head race but i still consider it a victory.
My car: Apexi intake, Throttlebody mod, rb true duals, no p/s or ac, and suspension stuff.
Z3: looked stock.

feels good to keep up w/ a newer car huh? Definately not to shabby, the only N/A I've ever been in was an 86 sport w/ a waterjacket leak, so it wasn't so fun.
lol, yeah, totaly. I figured he should have had me, like maybe he was just too scared to really drive it or maybe it really could keep up. Either way it was fun and i won.

thats promising, Ive tried to get Z8 ands Z3s to race me. A guy in my building used to brag about his little Z3, and I pissed on his parade by waxing his *** on the highway. Corporate executive *** kicking in the 19 year old turbo II.. =) they can be easy kills.
