well now that i have posted about the c-6 kill i may as well post about my dsm humiliation kill.



my buddy calls me up and asked if i wanted to meet him at starbucks for a cup of crappy(coffee). i figure it was a nice cool night why not take the rx7 as i knew he had his type-r out that night. his car is a built up all motor 98 type r and is quick in its own right. anyways i roll up with no hood on the 7 as i had figured out why my oil temps would get flipping scorching hot under boost, no air flow under the hood to let the hot air out and the intercooler was blockin the oil cooler so it wasnt efficiant enuff. so with no hood im being good as its not very legal to drive with out a hood in wisconsin. i roll up to starbucks, my buddy is already there we kick it some and head out. he got threw a light and lost me as i had to be real good and try to keep a cop happy that was right behind me, can anyone say short shift, no boost, and ya only 1/8th throttle lol. i finnaly catch up to him on the freeway and see a eclipes gsx with a large fart can on it and he was messin wit my buddy in the type r. im behind them all 3 of us exit and luck would have it them being side by side me 10 car lenghts behind all get threw the light at the end of the off ramp. we turn left to go under a bridge, my buddy tells me later he didnt know i was there untill the bridge, i downshift to second , mash the gas turbo spools just before goin under the bridge so ya anyone knows rotarys eco like no other under bridges. just after the bridge the road went 3 lanes and he emediatly scoots to the far right, the eclipes was in the far left i move frount and center.



i get up next to the eclipes and notice he to had some go fast goodies, a loud turbo, loud bov bla bla bla. we end up doing a 20 punch. he goes for it first im quick to pick up on it. still in second mash the gas again and blast past his dsm ***. by the time he gave up i was at 110 mph goin up a hill and him 15 cars back. my buddy was way back there watching and laughing his *** off the whole time. my car was running so damn rich that night and would pop between shifts and with no streetlights to be found and no hood i could see a nice orange glow coming from the right side of the engine bay.



i get home, my buddy pulls up just as im checkin the turbo housing temp,,,,,,, was 990 plus deg f, and still glowing when he got there. he was laughing his *** off as he stepped out the car and i was like what the **** is so damn funny here. he said that every time my car poped there was a ****** huge fire ball and when i shifted to third some of that fire got way too close to the dsm. and he saw the faces of the dsm drivers when they turned off. ya they where not happy, who could blame them they just got spanked hard core from a lil old rota when all they wanted to do was bully up on a type r.



i should see if my boy still has the pic of the glowing turbo from that night he took with his cam phone. the orange/white turbo was blue on his cam. kinda cool would love to post it.

ahahah nice kill but be careful, don't want to ruin anything for future runs. Gotta love the flames though
