OK last night I was cruising home from getting something to eat at Carls Jr and this older guy and his g/f or wife i dunno pull next to me at a red light. I didnt get a good look at the thing all I know it was black a Pontiac and it had a beastly exaust and it was super charged, I herd the winding. So he revs on me so I rev back and im almost completely stck except for k&n filter. My gf was just like Matt dont do it because shes a wuss, so I held it up to like 4000rpms and the light turned green, horrible thing is is right before it turned green I lowered it to like 3. I got a ****** horrible launch didnt even squeek the tires. So he pulls out in front by like a car so I was like, ****!! As soon as I hit 2nd he was just pulling behind me as soon as I got to about 4th he was gone, like 4 cars, I didnt pay any attention to was speed we were at but it was well above 100. I flashed my hazards and turned into go home. Kinda funny because the guy probably didnt think anything of my car> Guess he thought wrong plus I beat him with my g/f in front of his g/f so he looked like an ***.

yeah dude i know what you mean by wuss (well might), my g/f gets scared shitless when shes in the car and i just dump the clutch at like 5, take a fast corner or just speed like 20 over haha. ohh well shes great and couldnt ask for anything more. the funny thing is, she has a dropped teggie with some 17s on it and a strut and weapon r intake and some dirty exhaust, and people are always revving at her but shes just says f--- you and blasts her music.

I wouldn't underestimate those cars though, i'm shocked you beat him. one thing is...that is a big car and they can be real quick

 

I raced one in my NA GSL-SE and didn't lose that badly. I really expected a more sound thrashing from the guy.
