My New Fc Vs. S2k

Well, today made the 2nd day that my FC has been running. I got her fired up yesterday after realizing I needed to primer some fuel into the motor.. Problems later occured, but all was fixed TODAY.
Well, the turbo's only boosting 3 1/2 psi, lol, but it's pretty quick nonetheless thanks to the other stuff I've got done.
During night school we have a break from 6:00-6:40PM, and so I gave my friend a ride in it. He drives a convertable N/A completely converted into a Turbo II btw.
On the way back to school we spotted this silver S2K, looked really nice, I think it even had aftermarket exhaust or something, but I didn't really look. I caught up to the guy and he looks at me, and half a second later we both punch it in mid 3rd. By the time I reached 6,000 RPM I was already 2 cars ahead, so I shifted to 4th and just slowed down..
That makes the first kill for my FC. Yay!
My brother just got the S14 T-28 ball-bearing turbo and HKS boost acuator for his SR20'd 240...and he already could beat me running the 14psi he did on the stock T-25...now he's going to rape me. I want to compete back though! Once I get a boost controller, how much boost can I run safely with my setup?? My signature lists my mods, thanks!

I want to run 10psi.
The previous owner of my car had an S4 motor in the car and he dyno'd 287hp @ 14psi. Now the American S4 motors are listed at 187hp and the S5 is 200hp. I have HEARD that the S5 J-Specs are 225hp, is this true?
