My New Fc Vs. S2k
#12
my brother's SR20 is blacktop S13, Greddy FMIC, Greddy Type-S BOV, Greddy down-pipe, S14 ball-bearing T-28 w/ HKS boost acuator, Turbo XS dual-stage boost controller, 3inch custom exhaust w/ Megan 90mm tip, no cats, and maybe some other shtuff I forget. At 14psi it should be about 260hp to the wheels. In his old T-25 @ 14psi we smoked everything except a modded Z06, Porsche GT2, and that 480hp super-charged V8 AMG Mercedes thing..SL550 or something I forget.
My car @ 12psi would be fast as hell though. If the car would actually WORK, then maybe I could find out!

nooOoOoOoO!!! See my brother had an S14 that got totalled, and then got a deal on his fastback and put the same motor in there. Then next thing you know all my friends want 240's and RX-7's. I bought my *** a hachi roku, a REAL AE86. '86 GT-S hatchback. I sold that **** and decided to go FC, but I'm having SO many problems, it's hard to keep the **** running for more than 24 hours without a problem keeping the bitch from even starting.

Hmm..Well, I gave my bro a ride in it yesterday and he thinks I'm pretty fast. I wanted to push 10-12psi at most when I'm serious. What do you guys think?
Benny, the previous owner of my car dyno'd 287hp @ 14psi on an S4 motor which is only 187hp. My motor is S5 J-Spec and is rated at 205hp I believe. So at 12psi, I should be like 260hp or something? I dunno! >_<

The HP increase of S5's is mostly from raised boost. The increase in comression only accounts for a 2-3% increase in power. Your numbers should be very close to the numbers with the S4 block given the same boost.
