Heh reminds me of many stories I have around here....

There's this one highway here that is almost always pretty empty on nights/weekends and it has jersey barriers the whole way except for one turnaround spot at one end. So if you scope it out ahead of time, there's just no way a cop on the other side of the road can possibly get you. He would have to drive about 2 miles to turn around, then drive 2 miles just to make it back to where he saw you in the first place. I love it when they see you but can't do jack!

3 speeding tickets? thats all you get for doing 125mph???

Here in Aus if you were caught doing speeds like that, not only would you lose your license for about a year, but you'd cop a fine around the $2000 mark, and possibly go to jail.

They even get you for doing 2-3km/h over the limit (about 1-2mph) and the fines start at $105.

But still, every time I get the wave from an officer, I still wonder if i can get away from him and boot it up a sidestreet

You are one lucky guy!

Nice job man.

I hate it when the popo's are out in force. Does any one know how fast those crown vicks can go anyway.

I figure i top out around 170-180 and pull a 11.5 quater mile. I dont really think there is much of a chance long as you have good

open highway that a cop could dream of catching any RX-7. Just my 2 sense.

You know, I did a lot of stupid **** in my time as a lisenced driver, but this makes my stuff seem non-existent. Sorry to be ******* up your little fun, but somehow, I don't find this even a bit amusing. Remind me to stay the **** out of Mississippi.

Just talkin Srce94FD not like i'm out there tempting cops to come chase me. I'm just sayin if they hit you at over twice the limit youll lose your lic. And youll lose your lic runnin to if your caught but either way it's lost so might as well take the chance. The smart thing is not to go that fast in the 1'st place save it for the track.
