OR! Maybe it is because you are driving an Automatic Lanny had a **** load of stuff done to his car but the auto tranny really doesnt take well to mods from what I hear. Even though his car was modded he still couldnt hit 13's.

I kinda know the guy with the "phatmx5" license plate. I saw him run a 20 sec pass on his first run and a buddy of mine standing next to me says that his "car can run faster in reverse". I went up the the "phatmx5" and he mentioned something about a having problem with the turbo. He then made a 12.2 @12X.XX on his next pass beating out a corvette C5. If it's the same car, the guy probably thought you're not a worthy opponent.

I met a guy who has a MX5 w/ 13B setup...
his car is fast as hell...and looks really mean...
he got huge intercooler w/ Corvette taillights...
the car is extremely sweet...wish I have a car like that...
the guy with the red MX5 must be pretty fast to take out a RX7 TT
I like to see the car myself...

yeah i got a few mods on my auto, but most are not performance stuff. I know the auto isn't that suited for mods (ECUs for moded FDs are non-existant). Most of my money go to maintainance and pretty parts.
Like i said performance-wise all i have is the intercooler, and air filter oh and Dunloup Z-rated tired. I consider the downpipe more for perserving engine life than speed.
