I don't expect too much from the 8. Nothing so far has impressed me. My mom is looking into buying a mazda6 and I talked to the manager about the new Rx-8. He said not too many people have actually shown interest by putting money down on them. They are supposed to get one in next month from what he said.

well, the demo car that all the magazines have been testing all have a messed up ports(according to ssc mag) and were only running 210hp....... so it should have more impressing numbers soon
If that is true then big mistake for mazda. I would have sent out the best one I could find. But I though all the manuals were 250hp? Either way, I am still curious to see what happens

well, i think they were supposed to be 250 hp, but one of the ports wont open,
i agree, if i was mazda's president, i would have actually sent them an rx7 with a lil extra something something..... hehe

Relax man i'm just exadurating cause i only paid 800 CAD for my car and the Z goes for around 30 Grand ( that's around 45K CAD ) and when i'm done with my car i'll still be under 10 grand
