I was going to my friends house, when i look in my rear view mirror and some guy in an 89' 300z Turbo is tailgating me, with a big windshield sticker"Nissan 300Z Turbo". I was going 45 in a 15 through a windy turns. I got to the light and pulled into the lane next to him. I signal to go and then we went. I redlined 1st and he was a 1.5 car lengths behind me. I stuck my hand out the window and gave him the thumbs down. Then i missed the shift to 2nd :0 . I realized it and tooka sec got it back in and kept going, i hit 40 and was now 2 lengths ahead, he gave up. Me and my buddy just laughed. :tounge:

Yep, my friend has a 95' non turbo, i drove it and it was slow. But supposablly he beat a new vette ???

 

I couldn't tell u, other than it has bean babied its whole life, until me U don't have to do much to rx-7s to make them go real fast . no cats and hiflow mufflers addad alot of HP, im mean u could really feal it. IM thinking my hp is near 180-200. no cats, hiflow mufflers, pulleys, 150lbs weight reduction, intake-and lowered intake temps, Atf trick, no parasidic drag( except power steering :sigh: )
