Never under-estimate a Mom driving a car, when I first got my 88 GXL I only got to drive it once or twice a week, my mom was the one that always wanted to take it out, we had fun at the track. Imagine a 47yo lady running down the track just full out racing. ahh, the good old days.

What does a stock 98 Cobra run the 1/4 in?? I didn't think they were very fast. never try to race in my Wifes 00 GT Vert I know its slow. I turned down a race from a kid in a civic because I know I can only run a low 14. I know there are civics that can run in the 13's. So I save face tell them my low 14 second car is slow and I wll be happy to go get my RX-7 and whip thier cocky ***.

Theirs an Eclipse at my school that is by far the ugliest thing in the world! Huge wing,painted calipers,
stickers all over the place and like 4 computers on his dash! Yeah well he runs low 12's. But that just teaches you a very valuable lesson. Don't always assume that Rice is slow!!

A stock cobra is good for 300hp/FTlbs. Torque
A VTEC swap, and turbo can easily beat it. So, you arent really "owned"
Now if you two were modded..The cobra would OWN that thing. New internals, gears, and a 200 shot. That accord wouldint have a chance in hell. So, don't fret dude, becides it wasint your ride.
