Hey.....like a month ago i raced a Toyota celcia like a 94 model...its the GT4 shape.....i was in my series 2 rx7(first gen)...it has a 13b decomp with a 2.5" exhaust........the guy had a rolling start and i was stopped on a hill at the lights.....the light turned green as he rolled past me so i dumped the clutch and took off...i double clutched 1st to 2nd and flat shifted 3rd....by the time i got to 4500rpm in 3rd he was strugling... as i floored it past for another 200metres then backed off and poped a 3ft flame

why did you double clucth 1st to 2nd. I've been told that you double clucth to down shift in a road race. Also, how did you measure your backfire from inside your car? i'm just wondering that one.
