true... but there are a hell of a lot more mustangs than RX7's total...

But then again that is half the appeal of an FD for me! Not nearly as many on the road!!

Least we forget that when the Mustang was new, mainly from 1987-1991, a LX 5.0 could be had for like $14,000, a GT for under $16,000. My 1988 RX-7 convertible was $28,000, and its slow as ****, bang for the buck goes to the stang, sorry to say. Not to mention how LITTLE FDs, FCs there are out there that are still on thier original motors.

If I didn't have to have another family car, I'd get another Mustang GT. I liked the one I had. The aftermarket is ******* huge.

True... bang for the buck its one of the better value's... but everyone has one... **** there are 3 with in 10 miles that look like mine! both have white tops though! Thank god the previous owner put a black top on a car that used to have a white one! lol but still I saw a kid pull up at work the other day exact same paint scheme and lines... but it had a white top and red interior... pretty ugly honestly....

As far as the motors go yeah they do tend to last a good while... my 5.0 is only having problems due to my own neglect most likely that and the previous owner... but then again I usually upgrade when a part breaks! lol

But it is good to have my car nearing being repaired.... Hoping to pick up 35-40hp at the wheels... and have that usable through out most of the rev range and ever hopefully have more power up at higher revs and be able to keep pulling into higher than normal Rpms. lol so far this means I will have a total of maybe 2800 total in this car..... that includes price of the car.... So not too bad.... But still want my 7 dammit!!!

For gods sake take a heat gun to that thing and take off that red stripe.

hahaha yeah I really do need to do that... but whats even worse is the wheels I just picked up...

225/50/15 on back and 205/50/15 up front... thats not the bad part... They stick out 2 inches!!! SO IT LOOKS LIKE A ******* GHETTO RIDE!

Dont worry the Gt is under going some work... really wanting to get some rims and a bit of bodywork done to her before putting her back out with all of the other stangs... something to make her stand out a bit....

but yeah that red strip and white interior do need to go... the interior is just about on its way out... to be replaced by Red and Black instead of Red black and white.... black is taking the place of all of the white on the interior....
